Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

Email cs@swaidam.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will reply within 1 business day with the return authorization and the return shipping address.
Ship the item back and reply with your return tracking number.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at cs@swaidam.com.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or free replacement — whichever you prefer. For other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such on the product page cannot be returned.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at cs@swaidam.com or +1 307-441-7452.
